My struggle with hair loss began after I used a shampoo from a certain brand that didn't suit my scalp at all.

Things went downhill quickly—every time I ran my fingers through my hair, clumps of strands would come out. It was honestly terrifying.

So here's how I turned things around and got my hair back on track!

1. Finding the Right Shampoo

After trying out a bunch of shampoos, I realized that most of them were too harsh for my sensitive scalp and only made the dandruff worse. The shampoo bar that I'm using are from Siobhan Handcrafts and I alternate between two types to tackle my hair concerns.

2. Re-hydrating with Concentrated Oils

I started using Treecell Recovery Oil Shampoo, which contains nine powerful oils—Jojoba, Camellia, Macadamia, Argan, Olive, Sunflower Seed, Avocado, Borage Seed, and Corn oil. It's been amazing for strengthening my strands and reducing breakage.

3. Boosting Growth with Hair Tonic

To encourage new hair growth, I included a hair tonic from Hello Babes- in my routine. I've noticed new baby hairs coming in since using it, which is so exciting!

4. Scalp Massaging is a Game Changer

I use a scalp massager from The Pastel Shop, and the little spiky bits really help stimulate the scalp. Of course, fingers work fine too, but this tool adds a nice extra touch.

5. Keeping It Simple

One thing I've learned: the less I use, the better my hair behaves. Using too many styling products or tools causes buildup and weakens the hair. So I've ditched heat styling and now focus on a minimal, nourishing routine.

Just a gentle reminder for everyone: Losing about 100 strands of hair a day is completely normal!

Hope this helps you feel a little more confident about your own hair journey!
